The objective of ECC is to establish, implement and maintain an effective quality management system for all projects that meets the requirements of clients / engineer and ECC own organizational goals.
In order to continue these efforts, to implement existing national and international standards, to control and supervise application and further development of ECC project quality plan, we have delegated the overall authority and responsibility of quality control and quality assurance to a well experienced QA/QC in house operatives.
Our commitment to quality and to continuous improvement in performance, begins at top management level and shall be communicated to and endorsed by all members of the project team.
Our quality policy has been defined with the aim of enhancing our services to our customers in terms of better understanding of customer requirements, designing optimal solution to meet those requirements and building systems and process to ensure quality at all stages.

The quality plan is developed and approved during the project planning phase to confirm major deliverables/milestone acceptance criteria and manage approved project processes.
